टेक्नोलॉजी के इस युग में हम सभी हर बात के लिए एप्स पर निर्भर हैं. फिर चाहे खाना मंगवाना हो या फिर शॉपिंग करना. पर कई बार ये एप्स भी धोखा दे जाते हैं. जैसे कि आज ठीक लंच के समय ही फूड डिलीवरी ऐप जोमैटो और स्विगी बुधवार को कुछ देर के लिए डाउन हो गए. ऐप डाउन होने की वजह अमेजन वेब सर्विसेज को बताया जा रहा है. हालांकि, करीब आधे घंटे बाद इन फूड एग्रीगेटर्स की सर्विसेज फिर से नॉर्मल हो गए. पर इतनी ही देर में लोगों ने ट्वीटर पर दोनों एप्स की क्लास लगानी शुरू कर दी.
टेक्नीकल इश्यू की वजह से आई दिक्कत
जानकारी के मुताबिक, फूड डिलिवरी एप्स जोमैटो और स्विगी ने बुधवार को “टेक्नीकल इश्यू” के कारण देशव्यापी आउटेज की सूचना दी. ऐप में तकनीकी गड़बड़ी का पता लोगों को बुधवार दोपहर में उस वक्त चला. जब उन्होंने लंच के लिए उनके ऐप पर ऑर्डर देना चाहा लेकिन उनके ऑर्डर सब्मिट नहीं हो पाए. इसके बाद लोगों ने ट्विटर पर कंपनियों को टैग करके उनके ऐप के काम न करने की शिकायत की.
कंपनी ने मानी गलती
जिस पर Zomato Care ने इस तकनीकी गड़बड़ी को कबूल किया और ग्राहकों को हुई दिक्कतों के लिए खेद व्यक्त किया. कंपनी ने ट्विटर पर अपने रिप्लाई में कहा, ‘हम एक अस्थाई समस्या का सामना कर रहे हैं. हमारी तकनीकी टीम इस इश्यू पर काम कर रही है और हम भरोसा दिलाते हैं कि जल्द ही कामकाज सामान्य हो जाएगा.’

इस मुद्दे पर फूड डिलीवरी ऐप Swiggy ने भी ट्वीट कर ग्राहकों से खेद व्यक्त किया. स्विगी ने ट्वीट कर कहा, ‘तकनीकी दिक्कत की वजह से आपको हो रही परेशानियों पर हम खेद व्यक्त करते हैं. ऐसा हमेशा नहीं होता और इस समस्या को हम जल्द ठीक कर लेंगे. कृप्या हमारे साथ बने रहें.’
